2015 US Open Event Cards may be applied toward the following (Event Cards must be presented at time of purchase or submitted with a deposit order form):

2015 Full Series, Mini Plan and Group deposits

Individual tickets purchased at the USTA Billie Jean King National Center Box Office

Merchandise, food or beverages (at select locations) on the grounds and in the restaurants of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center during the 2015 US Open from qualifying week through the last day of the 2015 tournament.
Events card(s) will be shipped 2-day service via FedEx, direct signature required. A $15.00 shipping fee will be applied to all domestic orders and a $30.00 fee will be applied to all international orders at the time your event card is being shipped.
