Individual Tickets for the 2015 US Open will be on sale June 2015 (Date TBD). Please note that pricing and sale dates are subject to change and all purchases are subject to the specific terms of the sale. Tickets will be available for purchase several different ways. They can be purchased by visiting either usopen.org or ticketmaster.com, or by calling 1-866-OPEN-TIX. They can also be purchased in person by visiting the Box Office located at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, NY or at any Ticketmaster outlet location.

How do I obtain accessible seating?

The USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center is wheelchair accessible, with ramps, elevators and escalators, and offers wheelchair accessible seating in two levels of Arthur Ashe Stadium and one level of Louis Armstrong Stadium. All seating is subject to availability. If you need assistance of any kind, please contact US Open Ticket Office Client Services at 718-760-6363.

Why are my seats in the Promenade if I booked so far in advance?

All seating is sold on a best-available basis. Full Series Subscriptions make up for the vast majority of the lower-level seats in Ashe Stadium. All new Full Series accounts start with tickets in the Lower Promenade. For more information on becoming a Full Series Subscriber, please click here.

What are the different types of Day Session tickets?

There are three different types of Day Session tickets.

• Arthur Ashe Stadium - (Reserved Seating) - Provides an assigned seat in the main stadium along with first-come, first-served access to Louis Armstrong Stadium, the Grandstand, Court 17 and all of the field courts.

• Louis Armstrong Stadium (Reserved Seating) - Provides an assigned seat in the Loge level of Louis Armstrong Stadium, along with first-come, first-served access to the Grandstand, Court 17 and all of the field courts. Louis Armstrong tickets are only sold for the first nine days of the tournament.

• Grounds Admission (General Admission) - Provides first-come, first-served access to Louis Armstrong Stadium, the Grandstand, Court 17 and all of the field courts. Grounds Admission tickets are only sold for the first eight days of the tournament.

Can I get into Arthur Ashe Stadium with a Grounds Admission ticket?

No, the only ticket that permits access into Arthur Ashe Stadium is an Arthur Ashe Stadium reserved ticket.

What are the different types of Evening Session tickets?

There is only one type of Evening Session ticket.

• Arthur Ashe Stadium (Reserved Seating) - Provides an assigned seat in the main stadium for any matches scheduled to take place in Arthur Ashe Stadium on a given evening.

When does the evening session end?

Tennis is unique from most other sports and entertainment events in that the length of a match can vary greatly depending on play. The night session ends officially after the evening matches conclude (traditionally around 10 or 11 p.m.).

Are there any Grounds Admission tickets released on the day of the event?

Each day that Grounds Admission tickets are sold, there typically will be a LIMITED number of Grounds Admission tickets held over to be sold on the day of the event. The number does vary, depending on the number of tickets sold in advance, and is subject to availability.

Is it safe to buy tickets on-line?

Ticketmaster is the only authorized seller for US Open tickets on-line. The USTA has partnered with the US Open Ticket Exchange by Ticketmaster, to serve as the exclusive resale partner for the US Open. US Open patrons now have the opportunity to resell their unused tickets in a secured fan-to-fan environment, sanctioned by the USTA. There are many websites that may look very legitimate, but they are not affiliated in any way with the USTA.

How many tickets can I buy at once?

For individual sessions, customers may purchase up to the following at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center Box Office or through Ticketmaster:

• Eight (8) Arthur Ashe Stadium tickets for any individual day session

• Sixteen (16) Arthur Ashe Stadium day session tickets in total

• Eight (8) Arthur Ashe Stadium tickets for any individual evening session

• Sixteen (16) Arthur Ashe Stadium evening session tickets in total

• Eight (8) Louis Armstrong Stadium tickets per session

• Sixteen (16) Louis Armstrong Stadium tickets in total

• Eight (8) Grounds Admission tickets per session

• Sixteen (16) Grounds Admission tickets in total

Do you offer any ticket plans?

Yes, we offer US Open Full Series Subscriptions and Mini Plans that include benefits only available to subscribers. A Full Series Subscription includes tickets to the full two weeks of the US Open. Mini Plans are combinations of various sessions for the US Open. Each plan is different in that they each cover a different number of day and/or evening sessions. You will be automatically invoiced for the same seat(s) the following year and opt to keep the same seat(s) for the duration of your plan or even request an opportunity to upgrade/relocate your seat(s). Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed method of buying the same seat(s) from year to year on an individual ticket basis. You may consider purchasing a Full Series Subscription or a Mini Plan ticket package. Are there any on-site ticket upgrades?

Ticket holders may upgrade their tickets at the Ticket Upgrade Windows for an additional cost. All available seats are released to the Upgrade Windows the day of the session. Located inside the East Gate adjacent to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center Box Office, the Upgrade Windows are generally open from 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. daily. Upgrades are subject to availability. Hours of operation may vary over finals weekend and are subject to change.

If tickets aren't on sale yet, why are there third party websites on the internet that seem to have tickets available?

There are many websites across the Internet that advertise US Open tickets that are not affiliated with the US Open in any way. The USTA highly advises against purchasing tickets through these unauthorized sites. The US Open Ticket Exchange by Ticketmaster is our official ticket resale partner and Steve Furgal's International Tennis Tours is the official travel partner of the USTA and US Open.

Yes, you can. The USTA has partnered with the US Open Ticket Exchange by Ticketmaster, to serve as the exclusive resale partner for the US Open. If I purchase tickets in person at the National Tennis Center Box Office, are they any better than what I can buy through Ticketmaster?

No, they are exactly the same as the tickets that can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster and the US Open Box Office both offer ticket inventory from the same networked computer system; at the time of your inquiry the same exact seating is available on days that the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center's Box Office is open for business. Can I leave a ticket to be picked-up at a will call window?

Due to overwhelming volume, the East Gate Will Call window does not accommodate public will call (including box holders, series and all ticket plan holders) or individual ticket purchasers. Will call drop off tickets will ONLY be accepted from USTA credentialed staff, such as:

• All members of the USTA committees

• Sponsors and corporate hospitality clients

• Members of the media, umpires and staff

What is the earliest time I can get into the gates?

Generally the gate entry time is one hour prior to the start of the session. Typically, the earliest you can enter the grounds with a day session ticket is at 9:30 a.m. Day session ticket holders must enter the grounds before 6:00 p.m. The earliest you can enter the grounds with an evening session ticket is 6:00 p.m. Please note that finals weekend times may differ and all sessions and gate entry times are subject to change. Please refer to the US Open schedule on usopen.org for up to date match times.

I lost my ticket. Is there anything that can be done?

Individual ticket holders should contact the party they purchased their ticket(s) from for further instruction. Tickets purchased at the Box Office or through Ticketmaster outlets will NOT be replaced under any circumstance. Subject to availability, the Box Office will make their best effort to accommodate with the purchase of new tickets.

How many total courts are there on the grounds of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center?

There are a total of 22 courts on the grounds of the USTA Billie Jean National Tennis Center. Four "show courts" (Arthur Ashe, Louis Armstrong, Grandstand and Court 17), 13 field courts and 5 practice courts.

Are there any hotels close by?

There are many nearby hotels, some of which offer a shuttle bus service to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center during the US Open. Please check with the hotel to make sure that they offer this service or that they offer access to an alternative means of transportation. Both the Long Island Rail Road and the #7 MTA Subway train stop at Flushing Meadows, so staying in either Manhattan or Long Island are also possibilities. Below is a short list of nearby hotels:

• The LaGuardia Marriot - East Elmhurst, NY

• The Garden Hotel - East Elmhurst, NY

• JFK Airport Hilton - Jamaica, NY

Where is the best place to park? Do you sell on-site parking?

Public parking is directed to the Citi Field main parking lots EXCEPT for the dates that the New York Mets are playing at home. Parking on these dates will be directed to lots within Flushing Meadows-Corona Park.

I'm looking to find a storage area for my belongings when I attend the US Open - where on site can I lock up my bags?

There are two storage locations adjacent to the National Tennis Center. Lockers are locked on the boardwalk outside of the East Gate and a baggage check is located outside of the South Gate of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. Both locations are available to all ticketholders for a small fee.

When do the draws or seedings come out for this year's tournament?

Is there a way to see any of the qualifying rounds of the US Open?

I want to see my favorite player - When is he or she playing?

The US Open Championships is an elimination tennis tournament. Due to this fact, the draw for each day will not be announced until the night before each match. It is not possible to purchase tickets in advance for a specific player. Tickets are sold on a session-by-session basis.

The seeds traditionally are announced approximately a week before the start of the tournament and will be listed on usopen.org. The draws will be listed on usopen.org approximately the evening before they are scheduled to be played.

Is there a way to see any of the qualifying rounds of the US Open?

The US Open Qualifying Tournament is held starting the last Tuesday (Aug. 25, 2015) before the start of the US Open, ending on Friday (Aug. 28, 2015) of the same week. Gates open at 10 a.m. and are free and open to the public. No ticket is required.
